MILA BARACH
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With a diverse dance background spanning 17 years, Mila Barach transitioned into the role of a Dance Teacher (Qualified AIDT Associate member), and has since dedicated over two decades to teaching, choreography, and adjudication.
In 2008, Mila founded Inzpire Dance Company in the Bay of Plenty, fostering 12 years of collaboration with dancers of all ages.
Having relocated to Wellington in July 2019, Mila co-founded Society Entertainment, a professional entertainment company primarily operating in the lower North Island. Committed to highlighting the intrinsic value of the arts, she nurtures and champions pre-professional and professional dancers while advocating for the future of arts and performers in New Zealand.
Thrilled to work with the region's immense talents, Mila is invested in showcasing world-class entertainers and elevating events throughout the coolest little capital and beyond, from game days and parades to corporate and community events.
Her journey is driven by a commitment to the art form, the growth of young talent, and the cultural enrichment of New Zealand's arts and entertainment landscape.

RENEE PERRY
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Renee has 14 years of dance experience with a strong technical background. She trained with the Institute of Dance in RAD Ballet and SADTA Modern Jazz.
In 2014 she joined Inzpire Dance Company and performed with the Bayleys Dancers for four consecutive seasons at the BOP Steamers ITM Cup matches, and other corporate and community events.
In 2015 Renee performed at Disneyland Anaheim with World Class Dance Tours and went back to complete the International Dance Academy (Hollywood) Certificate Programme in 2016. She is currently studying towards her Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance) which will be completed in November 2019.
Renee has had various performance experience including performances with DKCM, Deluxe Events and Beervana.
Renee is excited to begin curating event entertainment and providing opportunities for professional dancers and performers in New Zealand.
